Product Description

The dry-mixed mortar production line is a complete set of automated equipment used for manufacturing various types of dry-mixed mortar for buildings. It can produce a wide range of products such as masonry mortar, plastering mortar, tile adhesive, and thermal insulation mortar. The production line adopts a modular design and mainly consists of a raw material storage system, an automatic batching system, a high-efficiency mixing system, a finished product packaging system and an intelligent control system.

It adopts a double-shaft gravity-free mixer, which features high mixing efficiency and fast single-batch cycle time.

 

Equipped with a high-precision metering system, the main material metering error is ≤±0.3%, and the small material error is ≤±0.1%.

 

The intelligent control system supports the storage of over 200 formulas and enables one-click switching between different product formulas.

 

The metering system adopting proprietary technology can achieve rapid and accurate automatic metering. The metering system is mainly divided into two parts: raw material metering and admixture metering.
