Product Description

Gypsum mortar production equipment is a modern production line specially designed for various gypsum-based building materials, capable of manufacturing a wide range of products such as plastering gypsum, gypsum-based self-leveling compound, and gypsum putty. This equipment adopts dry mixing process technology, integrating raw material pretreatment, precise measurement, efficient mixing and intelligent packaging. Its standard production capacity is 5 to 50 tons per hour.

 

The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted automatic admixture metering system. Aggregates flow from top to bottom through the metering layer, mixing layer, finished product silo, control room, bulk loader and packaging machine.

 

The core equipment includes gravel-free mixers, screw conveyors, packaging machines, etc. It adopts PLC automatic control, with the batching accuracy reaching ±0.5% and the uniformity of mixing reaching 99%. The equipment features high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection and low noise.
