Product Description

Fireproof mortar is a type of thermal insulation mortar material produced by processing inorganic thermal insulation materials such as light density, low thermal conductivity and non-combustible glass microspheres and expanded perlite as the main raw materials, along with cement, redispersible powder and polymer additives in a certain formula proportion.
The product contains glass microspheres (fragile) and has a relatively low specific gravity. To prevent segregation and breakage of the glass microspheres during the stirring process, we adopt a production process where the glass microspheres are re-introduced into the mixer. We also use a frequency conversion function to enable the mixer to adjust the rotational speed according to the system Settings, achieving automatic speed adjustment. Moreover, we have a dedicated volume scale for measuring the glass beads. It can be measured more precisely.
