Product Description

The dry mortar production plant's main mixing tower can be structured as either a tower-type or a stair-type layout, each designed to meet different production and site requirements. The tower-type dry mortar mixing line positions the powder silos at the top, enabling a natural gravity flow of raw materials. The additive system can be equipped either with an independent automatic metering and pumping system or with a top-mounted automatic additive metering solution. Raw materials sequentially move downward through various precisely-controlled stages, including weighing, mixing, finished product storage, bulk loading or packaging, and palletizing. This automated workflow ensures consistent quality and efficiency in mortar production.

The unique hydraulic door structure enables the material to be discharged within 10 seconds, with less discharge residue, and our mixer outlet is equipped with a distributor, which can control whether the finished material is sent to the packaging machine for bagging or to the bulk head for bulk through the dry powder feed screw.

 

The maximum volume of the single-axis non-gravity mixer can reach 4000L, the shaft speed is 95 revolutions per minute, and the raw materials such as sand, cement, gypsum, heavy calcium, ash calcium, fly ash and admixture can be fully turned evenly in about 180 seconds to form finished bulk materials with specified strength.
