The mixing and stirring system is a crucial link in the production of dry-mixed mortar and also the "heart" of the factory. Huan Gang Heavy Industry's dry-mixed mortar production is equipped with pure international standard mixing and stirring machines. The mixing uniformity is suitable, the mixing time is controllable, and it has excellent repeatability and low maintenance rate. High-speed flying knives can be configured. According to the working conditions, the blades can be turned on to achieve the mixing and dispersion of fibers and pigments.

 

The accuracy and rate of measurement are both crucial for products. For granular and raw materials with poor fluidity, a measurement system with proprietary technology can achieve rapid and accurate automatic measurement. The metering system is mainly divided into two parts: raw material metering and admixture metering.
