Product Description

The maximum volume of the double-shaft non-gravity mixer can reach 4000-8000L. The double-shaft speed is 55 revolutions per minute. Compared with the single-shaft mixer, its stirring volume is larger, making it suitable for the production of bulk materials with higher output. It can fully and evenly mix the measured sand, cement, gypsum, fly ash, heavy calcium, calcium hydroxide, admixtures and other raw materials within about 180 seconds. The finished materials that reach the specified strength are formed. A unique hydraulic door opening structure is also adopted, which enables the materials to be discharged within 10 seconds with minimal residual discharge. Moreover, the discharge port of our mixer is equipped with a distributor, which can control whether the finished materials are sent to the packaging machine for bagging or sent to the bulk head through the dry powder feeding screw for bulk discharge as needed.

The double-shaft non-gravity mixer is widely used in the production of dry-mixed mortars such as anti-cracking mortar, thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, plastering mortar and floor mortar, as well as medium and high-grade putty powder.

 

The dual-axis drive device adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology, which can adjust the rotational speed according to different mixing requirements to achieve the best mixing effect.

 

The structure combining mechanical seals and pneumatic seals is adopted to prevent the occurrence of slurry leakage and reduce material waste.

 

Replaceable wear-resistant paddles and wear-resistant sleeves for the stuffing box ensure that no paddles need to be replaced when producing 300,000 tons of mortar.
