Product Description

This is a complete set of fully automatic environmental protection putty powder equipment with an annual output of 500,000 tons. By adjusting the proportion of raw materials differently, various types of putty powder products such as interior wall putty, exterior wall putty, ordinary putty, mirror putty and gypsum putty can be produced.

 

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 50 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure, and the powder silo is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the packaging machine and the palletizing line from top to bottom.

 

According to the formula requirements of putty powder, the ingredients can be precisely measured by computer and then stirred by the mixing host to immediately produce the required putty powder products. The entire process adopts an intelligent and automated operation mode, reducing human input.
