Product Description

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 30 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system is conveyed by an independent platform metering pump.

 

According to the formula requirements of the tile adhesive, it can be precisely mixed through computer measurement and then stirred by the mixing host to immediately produce the required tile adhesive products. The entire process adopts an intelligent and automated operation mode, with stable performance and high efficiency.

 

Each tile adhesive production line can generally use 3 to 6 raw material tanks depending on the product formula. It is recommended that each production line should not produce more than three types of products, and several products produced by the same production equipment should not contaminate each other to ensure the high quality of the products.
