The ready-mixed mortar production line is an automated equipment used for large-scale production of ready-mixed mortar, mainly composed of raw material storage, measurement, mixing, packaging and control systems. It can efficiently produce various types of mortar, such as masonry mortar, plastering mortar and floor mortar, etc.

The production principle of special mortar production line

The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin according to the proportion. After the raw materials are weighed, they enter the metering scale (to be mixed bin) and the mixer in sequence to achieve rapid mixing operation (the stirring time is approximately 3 to 5 minutes depending on the different materials).
