Product Description

This is a set of intelligent ready-mixed mortar production line with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per line. It can be used in conjunction with sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various dry-mixed mortars and special mortar products. Depending on the selected model, it can produce 8 to 30 tons of special mortar per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure and a stepped structure.

The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted automatic admixture metering system. The aggregates flow from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine.

 

According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, high-precision weighing scales can be used in conjunction with computerized measurement for precise batching. After being stirred, packaged and stacked by the mixing host, the required ready-mixed mortar can be produced immediately. Special mortar as required can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

 

The raw material silo of the stepped special mortar production equipment is located on the side of the main building. Its advantage is that the investment cost is lower than that of the tower structure. The disadvantage is that it occupies a slightly larger area. According to actual needs, the tower structure or the stepped structure of the ready-mixed mortar production line can be selected.
