Product Description

The fully automatic dry powder mixing production line is an intelligent production system integrating raw material storage, precise measurement, efficient mixing and finished product packaging. It is specially designed for powder materials such as dry powder mortar and building material additives. The production line adopts a modular layout, with a standard production capacity of 5 to 50 tons per hour. It is equipped with a PLC central control system to achieve full-process automated production.

  

The core equipment of the fully automatic dry powder mixing production line includes a graveless mixer, a screw conveyor system, a pulse dust removal device, etc. The mixing uniformity is ≥99.5%, and the measurement accuracy is ±0.3%. The entire production line complies with the ISO9001 quality management system and is suitable for large-scale production of various dry powder building materials.

 

The raw material pretreatment system of the fully automatic dry powder mixing production line is equipped with multi-compartment storage tanks, each with a capacity of 30 to 100 tons. Radar level gauges are used to monitor the stock in real time. After the raw materials are screened for impurities by a vibrating screen (with a mesh size of 2-5mm), they are sent to the metering station by a pneumatic conveying system.
