Product Description

The Huan Gang equipment packaging machine can automatically complete the entire process of taking the bag, lifting the bag to a specific height, opening the bag valve, and placing the bag valve on the discharge port of the packaging machine. The automatic bag placement machine consists of two parts: the bag cart and the main machine. Each bag placement machine (bagging machine) is equipped with two bag carts that can alternately supply bags to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the bag placement machine.

The bag placement machine is fully automatically controlled by PLC and can be connected to the PLC of the packaging machine. The parameters of the entire process from bag placement to material loading into the bag can be set simply through the PLC control panel of the bag placement machine. Multiple bag-placing machines and packaging machines can also achieve PLC linkage.

Our automatic bagging and packaging equipment has a high degree of automation. The equipment integrates electronic weighing, automatic bag removal, and dust removal, and is a multifunctional automatic bagging and packaging equipment.
