Product Description

The main control system of the dry-mixed mortar production line issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin according to the proportion. After the raw materials are counterbalanced, they enter the mixing bin and the single-shaft mixer in sequence to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes). After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is conveyed to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantified filling operations as required, significantly enhancing the output efficiency. The packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking, waiting to be released from the factory.

The dust removal system is an indispensable process configuration in the mortar production line.
