Product Description

This is a complete set of fully automatic, environmentally friendly and energy-saving gypsum mortar equipment with an annual output of 100,000 to 500,000 tons. By adjusting the proportion of raw materials in different ways, various types of gypsum products can be produced, such as lightweight gypsum and heavy gypsum.

Depending on the selected model and configuration of the mixer, 10 to 50 tons of gypsum products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure, and the powder silo is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping.

 

The aggregates pass from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the bulk loader/packer, and the palletizing equipment.

 

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 30 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system is conveyed by an independent platform metering pump.

 

According to the formula requirements of gypsum powder, the ingredients can be precisely measured by computer and then evenly mixed by the mixing host to produce the required gypsum products. Then, they are subpackaged by the intelligent packaging machine and intelligently palletized by the fully automatic palletizing line. The entire process is convenient, fast and safe, and can meet various operational needs.
