Product Description

This is a complete set of fully automatic environmentally friendly mortar production equipment with an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons. By adjusting the proportion of raw materials, various types of putty powder products such as interior wall putty, exterior wall putty, ordinary putty, mirror putty and gypsum putty can be produced.

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 30 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure, with the powder silo installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the packaging machine and the palletizing line from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of putty powder, it can be precisely proportioned through computer measurement and then stirred by the mixing host to immediately produce the required putty powder product. The entire process adopts an intelligent and automated operation mode to reduce human input.

 

Depending on the selected model, 8-30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower style structure and a stepped structure; The powder silo of the tower style production line is installed on the top of the main building, and the additive system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an overhead additive automatic metering system

 

The aggregate passes through the measuring layer, mixer layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk loader, and packaging machine from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the required pre mixed mortar can be produced in real time through high-precision measuring scales combined with computer precise batching, mixing, packaging, and palletizing by the mixing host. Special mortar can also be manufactured according to the formula.

 

The entire process adopts an automated operation mode. The raw material warehouse of the stepped special mortar production equipment is located on the side of the main building. The advantage is that the investment cost is lower than that of the tower structure, but the disadvantage is that the footprint is slightly larger.
