Product Description

The working principle of the mortar mixer
When working, first put dry materials such as cement and sand into the mixing drum, and then add an appropriate amount of water. After starting the motor, the stirring blades rotate, forcibly mixing the materials or stirring them by self-falling. The stirring time is usually 3 to 5 minutes. After the materials are uniform, tilt the cylinder or open the bottom valve to discharge the materials. Forced mixers have higher efficiency and are suitable for high-viscosity mortar. The self-falling type has low energy consumption, simple maintenance and is suitable for ordinary mortar.
