Product Description

Qingdao Huan Gang Technology Co., LTD., in response to the current technological characteristics of dry-mixed mortar production lines and by integrating domestic and international technologies and experience accumulation, has launched a new type of fully automatic and energy-saving complete set of dry-mixed mortar equipment. This equipment can be used in conjunction with dry sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce high-quality and high-standard dry powder mortar and special mortar. The main building adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine.

Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand and other materials need to be lifted into the raw material tank by bucket elevators. The ingenious material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding resource waste. The metering system, in coordination with the metering screw, introduces the raw materials from the silo into the metering silo. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the metering of raw materials is achieved. The measured materials can be directly dropped into the mixer.

The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar. The finished products mixed in the mixer are quickly placed in the finished product silo for buffering and storage through the hydraulic discharge system. The finished product silo is connected to the packaging machine through a flexible connection to enter the packaging machine for metering and packaging. For users with large production volumes, belt conveyors can be added to the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport the finished products to the finished product area or trucks.
