Product Description

According to the technological characteristics of the current dry-mixed mortar production line, combined with domestic and foreign technology and experience accumulation, a new type of fully automatic energy-saving dry-mixed mortar complete set of equipment is introduced. The equipment can be combined with dry sand making system or wet sand drying system to produce high quality and high standard dry powder mortar and special mortar. The main building adopts the tower structure, the powder bin is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system adopts an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregate passes from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixing layer, the finished product warehouse, the control room, the bulk machine, the packaging machine.

The main control system issues production instructions according to the selected process formula, the system automatically extracts raw materials according to the ratio from the storage bin, and the raw materials enter the mixing bin and the single-axis mixer successively after counterweight, to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes). After reaching the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine carries out regular and quantitative filling operations according to the requirements, greatly improving the output efficiency. The packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking and waiting for delivery.

 

The mortar production line with an annual output of about 20,000 tons will generally use 3-6 raw material tanks, of which two large tanks are used for loading bulk cement and fly ash, and the remaining small tanks are used for loading light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, etc. Bulk cement and fly ash into the tank does not require lifting equipment, relying on the pump truck to drive. Bulk fly ash bin is generally a cylindrical support structure, the upper part of the dust removal equipment to prevent dust leakage, the lower part is equipped with an arch breaking device to prevent the powder from caking, so that the powder is discharged smoothly, and is equipped with a material level sensing equipment, you can know the use of materials in the bin at any time.

 

Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, etc., need to use a bucket elevator to lift into the raw material tank, and the clever material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thereby avoiding resource waste. The measuring system, with the coordination of the measuring screw, introduces the raw materials in the bin into the measuring bin, and realizes the measurement of raw materials through the data feedback of the sensor.

 

The finished product mixed in the mixer is quickly placed into the finished product bin for buffering and storage through the hydraulic discharge system. The finished product silo and the packaging machine enter the packaging machine for measurement and packaging through a soft connection. Users with large output can add belt conveyors in the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport the finished product to the finished product area or truck.
