Product Description

Production principle and advantages of the dry-mixed mortar production line of Huan Gang Heavy Industry:
The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin in accordance with the proportion. After being counterweighted, the raw materials enter the mixing bin and the single-shaft mixer in sequence to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes). After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is conveyed to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantitative filling operations as required, greatly improving the output efficiency. The packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking, waiting to leave the factory.

 

A mortar production line with an annual output of around 20,000 tons usually requires 3 to 6 raw material tanks. Among them, two large tanks are used to store bulk cement and fly ash, while the remaining small tanks are used to store light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, etc. Bulk cement and fly ash do not require lifting equipment when entering the tank; they are driven in by pump trucks.

 

Bulk fly ash silos are generally of cylindrical support structure. The upper part is equipped with dust removal devices to prevent dust leakage, and the lower part is fitted with an arch-breaking device to prevent powder from caking and ensure smooth powder discharge. Additionally, a material level sensing device is installed to monitor the usage of materials inside the silo at any time.

 

Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand and other materials need to be lifted into the raw material tank by bucket elevators. The ingenious material distribution system supports the distribution operation of one bucket elevator, thus avoiding resource waste. The metering system, in coordination with the metering screw, guides the raw materials from the silo into the metering bin. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the raw materials are measured.
