Product Description

Dry-mixed mortar machines can be combined with sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various types of dry-mixed mortar and special mortar products.

Mortar equipment is an automated production line used for manufacturing various types of building mortar, capable of producing ordinary mortar, special mortar, and functional mortar, among other products. The system includes modules such as raw material storage, measurement, mixing and packaging, with a production capacity typically ranging from 5 to 50 tons per hour.

 

The core equipment includes graveless mixers, screw conveyors, packaging machines, etc. It adopts PLC automatic control, with batching accuracy reaching ±0.5% and mixing uniformity > 99%. The equipment features high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection and low noise. It is widely used in dry-mixed mortar stations, building materials factories and other fields, meeting the high standards for mortar quality in modern construction.

 

Depending on the selected model, different tonnage of mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure and a stepped design. The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted admixture automatic metering system. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine from top to bottom.

 

Raw material storage system
The raw material storage system is composed of multiple steel storage bins, which respectively store main materials such as cement, sand, fly ash and additives. The storage capacity of the silo is usually 50 to 300 tons, and it is equipped with a level gauge and an arch-breaking device.
