Product Description

Gypsum mortar production line is designed for the production of various types of gypsum based building materials (such as plaster gypsum, gypsum base self-leveling, light plaster gypsum, etc.) designed automated production system. The production line adopts advanced technology and intelligent control technology to ensure high uniformity, low blast rate, fast solidification and fast drying of products, and is widely used in the fields of building interior wall plastering, floor leveling and prefabricated buildings.

The dual-axis non-gravity mixer is used to achieve three-dimensional spraying of materials through reverse rotation of the blade to ensure that all components of the mortar (such as cement, sand, additives) are evenly mixed within 30-90 seconds, and the mixing uniformity is ≥99%.

 

Equipped with high-torque gear motor and wear-resistant alloy blades, support continuous production mode, single capacity up to 10-50 tons/hour, to meet the needs of large-scale projects.
