Product Description

The gypsum mortar production line is an automated system specifically designed for the production of gypsum-based building materials, encompassing complete processes such as raw material processing, mixing and stirring, and packaging. This production line adopts a modular design and can efficiently prepare products such as plastering gypsum and self-leveling mortar, meeting the modern building's demand for environmentally friendly building materials.

Process flow: The production line adopts the standard process of "raw material storage - automatic measurement - mixing and stirring - finished product packaging". Gypsum powder, additives and other raw materials are precisely measured and then enter the gravity-free mixer. After thorough stirring, they are output through the valve port packaging machine or bulk system, achieving full-process automatic control.

 

Core equipment composition: Key equipment includes raw material storage bins, screw conveyors, high-precision weighing scales, high-efficiency mixers, packaging systems and dust removal devices. The core mixer adopts a special paddle design to ensure the uniform distribution of gypsum and additives, with a mixing uniformity of over 99%.

 

Technical features: The production line adopts a PLC automatic control system, and the formula can be stored and called up. Equipped with a pulse dust collector, the dust emission is ≤20mg/m³. The modular design facilitates capacity expansion, with an hourly output of 5 to 50 tons, meeting the production demands of different scales.
