The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin in accordance with the proportion. After being counterweighted, the raw materials enter the mixing bin and the single-shaft mixer in sequence to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes).
After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is conveyed to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process.
