The raw material processing system of the tile adhesive production line includes multiple raw material silos, which respectively store components such as cement, quartz sand, latex powder, and cellulose ether. After the raw materials pass through the vibrating screen to remove impurities, they are sent into the weighing scale by the bucket elevator or pneumatic conveying system.
The aggregate passes through the measuring layer, mixer layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk loader, and packaging machine from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the required pre mixed mortar can be produced in real time through high-precision measuring scales combined with computer precise batching, mixing, packaging, and palletizing by the mixing host. Special mortar can also be manufactured according to the formula.
Automated batching system
Dynamic measurement of raw materials is achieved by using a multi-component electronic scale (with an accuracy of 0.1 grade), and it supports formula storage and one-click switching. Bulk materials such as cement and sand are fed in both coarse and fine stages through screw feeders. Small materials such as latex powder are added using a micro-addition system (accuracy ±10g). The PLC monitors the batching deviation in real time and automatically compensates for the error.
