Product Description

Ready-mixed mortar machinery and equipment can be combined with dry sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce high-quality and high-standard dry powder mortar and special mortar. The main building adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine.

The 400,000-ton annual production line of ready-mixed mortar can precisely mix the ingredients through computer measurement according to the formula requirements of the mortar. After being stirred by the mixing host, the required dry-mixed mortar can be produced immediately. Most special mortars can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

This is an intelligent pre mixed mortar production line with an annual production capacity of 80000 to 300000 tons per line. Can be used in conjunction with sand making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various types of dry powder mortar and special mortar products.

The aggregate passes through the measuring layer, mixer layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk loader, and packaging machine from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the required pre mixed mortar can be produced in real time through high-precision measuring scales combined with computer precise batching, mixing, packaging, and palletizing by the mixing host. Special mortar can also be manufactured according to the formula.

 

Accurate measurement system
The accuracy and efficiency of measurement are crucial for products. For granular and raw materials with poor fluidity, the measurement system using proprietary technology can achieve rapid and accurate automatic measurement. The measurement system is mainly divided into two parts: raw material measurement and admixture measurement. Gas conveying system
After the powder is stored in the transfer silo, it is conveyed to the designated powder silo for storage by a Roots blower and star feeding valves, ball valves, etc. A special structure is adopted at the pipe fork to ensure that there is no mixing when conveying different powder materials. Each powder storage bin is equipped with a bag-type pulse dust collector, explosion-proof safety valve and material height indicator to ensure the environment and safety.
