Product Description

This is a set of intelligent and environmentally friendly tile adhesive production line equipment with an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons, mainly used for the production of tile adhesives and other building materials.

By adjusting the proportion of raw materials differently, various specifications of tile adhesive products can be produced to meet the diverse demands of customers in the market. Tile adhesive is a polymer-modified cement-based tile adhesive, which is divided into varieties such as No. 1 (ordinary type), No. 2 (reinforced type), and No. 3 (for larger-sized tiles or marble).

 

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 30 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system is conveyed by an independent platform metering pump. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, and the bulk loader/packer from top to bottom.

 

According to the formula requirements of the tile adhesive, the precise ingredients can be measured by computer and then stirred by the mixing host to immediately produce the required tile adhesive products. The entire process adopts an intelligent and automated operation mode, with stable performance and high efficiency.

 

For example: The ingredients for producing one ton of tile adhesive (reference formula) : 400 kilograms of cement 42.5, 350 kilograms of quartz sand (40-70 mesh), 250 kilograms of quartz sand (70-110 mesh), 2 kilograms of BNE-119W, 6 kilograms of latex powder 120A.
