Product Description

This is a complete set of fully automatic energy-saving special mortar equipment with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per single line. According to the differences in the production capacity of the mixer, the structure of the scheme and the configuration, it is equipped with a sand-making system or a wet sand drying system to produce various dry-mixed mortars and special mortars.
Depending on the selected model, 8 to 30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour.
The main building of the production line has two structures: tower type and stepped type. The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted admixture automatic metering system. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the bulk loader or packaging machine, and the palletizing line from top to bottom, and finally qualified products are produced

The core equipment of dry-mixed mortar equipment includes a gravity-free mixer, a precision weighing scale and a pneumatic conveying system. The uniformity of the mixture is ≥99.5%, which meets the industry standards. The equipment is suitable for places such as building materials factories and dry-mixed mortar stations, meeting the high standards for mortar quality in modern construction.

A dry-mixed mortar production line with an annual output of about 20,000 to 30,000 tons usually uses 4 to 6 raw material tanks. Among them, two large tanks are used to hold bulk cement and fly ash, while the remaining small tanks are used to hold light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, and small materials, etc. Bulk cement and fly ash can be pumped into tanks without lifting equipment, relying on pump trucks. Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. need to be lifted into small tanks by bucket elevators. The ingenious material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding resource waste.

 

The metering system of the dry-mixed mortar production line, in coordination with the metering screw, introduces the raw materials from the silo into the metering silo. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the metering of the raw materials is achieved. The measured materials are guided into the main bucket elevator by the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.
