Product Description

The anti-cracking mortar production line is to mix the anti-cracking agent made of polymer emulsion and admixtures, cement and sand in proportion according to the anti-cracking mortar production process. The finished product is mortar that meets certain deformation without cracking. It is mainly applicable to the surface protection of various thermal insulation mortars and the special anti-cracking and surface protection of ASA series cement-based wall panels, floor slabs, thermal insulation boards, etc.

This production line is composed of a storage system, a conveying system, a weighing and batching system, a mixing system, a finished product storage system, a packaging system, a dust removal system and an electrical control operation system, etc. Based on the traditional dry powder mixing production line's stable operation, precise measurement and simple control, the top batching method is adopted to reduce the material conveying stroke, lower the time required for batch production and increase the output. The materials are processed in a sealed environment throughout the entire production process to reduce dust.
