Product Description

Ceramic tile adhesive production line is an automated equipment for the production of ceramic tile adhesive, covering the whole process from raw material processing to finished product packaging. Its main processes include:
Raw material treatment: storage, transportation and metering of cement, sand, polymer and other raw materials.
Mixing: The raw materials are mixed proportionally to ensure uniformity.
Packing: Put the mixed tile glue into a bag or bucket.
Palletizing: Stacking packaged products for easy transportation and storage.

The main control system issues production instructions according to the selected process formula, the system automatically extracts raw materials according to the ratio from the storage bin, and the raw materials enter the mixing bin and the single-axis mixer successively after counterweight, to achieve rapid mixing operation .
After reaching the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine carries out regular and quantitative filling operations according to the requirements, greatly improving the output efficiency.
