Product Description

This is a set of automatic environmental protection and energy saving gypsum mortar complete equipment with an annual output of 100,000-500,000 tons. Various types of gypsum products can be produced by mixing different proportions of raw materials, such as light gypsum and heavy gypsum. According to the selected model and configuration of the mixer, 10 to 50 tons of gypsum products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts the tower structure, the powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system adopts an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregate passes from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixing layer, the finished product bin, the bulk machine/packaging machine, and the palletizing equipment.

High degree of automation: Through the total control system, all raw materials (including additives) automatic metering, automatic transportation, automatic mixing, automatic packaging, automatic transportation, automatic palletizing molding, the entire production process without manual participation, greatly reducing labor costs.
