A mortar production line with an annual output of around 20,000 tons usually requires 3 to 6 raw material tanks. The measured materials can be directly dropped into the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.
The mixing and stirring system is a crucial link in the production of dry-mixed mortar and also the "heart" of the factory.
