Product Description

The 400,000-ton annual production line of ready-mixed mortar can precisely measure the ingredients through a computer according to the formula requirements of the mortar, and then produce the required dry-mixed mortar immediately after being stirred by the mixing main machine. Most special mortars can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

A mortar production line with an annual output of around 20,000 tons usually requires 3 to 6 raw material tanks. Among them, two large tanks are used to store bulk cement and fly ash, while the remaining small tanks are used to store light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, etc. Bulk cement and fly ash do not require lifting equipment when entering the tank; they are driven in by pump trucks.

 

Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand and other materials need to be lifted into the raw material tank by bucket elevators. The ingenious material distribution system supports the distribution operation of one bucket elevator, thus avoiding resource waste. The metering system, in coordination with the metering screw, guides the raw materials from the silo into the metering bin. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the raw materials are measured.

 

The measured materials can be directly dropped into the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.

 

The mixing and stirring system is a crucial link in the production of dry-mixed mortar and also the "heart" of the factory. Huan Gang Heavy Industry's dry-mixed mortar production is equipped with pure international standard mixing and stirring machines. The mixing uniformity is suitable, the mixing time is controllable, and it has excellent repeatability and low maintenance rate. High-speed flying knives can be configured. According to the working conditions, the blades can be turned on to achieve the mixing and dispersion of fibers and pigments.
