Product Description

This is a set of fully automatic energy-saving special mortar complete equipment with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per single line. According to the differences in the production capacity of the mixer, the structure of the scheme and the configuration, it is equipped with a sand-making system or a wet sand drying system to produce various dry-mixed mortars and special mortars.

The main building of the production line has two structures: tower type and stepped type. The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted automatic admixture metering system. The aggregates flow from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the bulk loader or packaging machine, and the palletizing line, and finally qualified products are produced.
