Product Description

The double-shaft plow blade non-gravity mixer and single-shaft paddle non-gravity mixer independently developed by our company adopt industrial heavy-duty gearboxes to replace the traditional chain drive. The material mixing is completed within 180 seconds (the stirring time can be adjusted according to different materials), and replaceable wear-resistant paddles and wear-resistant sleeves of the stuffing box are used to ensure that no paddles need to be replaced when producing 200,000 tons of mortar.

The maximum volume of the double-shaft non-gravity mixer can reach 4000-8000L. The double-shaft speed is 55 revolutions per minute. Compared with the single-shaft mixer, its stirring volume is larger, making it suitable for the production of bulk materials with higher output. It can fully and evenly mix the measured sand, cement, gypsum, fly ash, heavy calcium, calcium hydroxide, admixtures and other raw materials within about 180 seconds. Form finished materials that reach the specified strength.

 

It adopts a unique hydraulic door opening structure, which enables the material to be discharged within 10 seconds with minimal residual discharge. Moreover, our mixer is equipped with a distributor at the discharge port, allowing for control as needed whether the finished material is sent to the packaging machine for bagging or sent to the bulk head through the dry powder feeding screw for bulk loading.
