Product Description

The maximum volume of the single-shaft non-gravity mixer can reach 4000L, with a shaft speed of 95 revolutions per minute. It can fully and evenly blend the measured sand, cement, gypsum, heavy calcium, lime calcium, fly ash, admixtures and other raw materials in about 180 seconds, forming finished bulk materials with the specified strength. It also adopts a unique hydraulic door opening structure. It can complete the unloading of materials within 10 seconds, with little residual discharge. Moreover, our mixer is equipped with a distributor at the discharge port, which can control whether the finished materials are sent to the packaging machine for bagging or sent to the bulk head through the dry powder feeding screw for bulk loading as needed.
 

When the equipment is in operation, the internal materials are in a state of weightlessness. The materials inside can be interlaced and diffused, achieving more effective and thorough stirring of the materials.

During the mixing process, there is no material leakage. The equipment is also equipped with a dust collector system, which can handle the dust raised during the stirring of the main unit and the feeding and unloading processes. The recovered dust is returned to the stirring host through the dust removal pipeline, which also helps to alleviate the positive pressure problem in the stirring host during the feeding process.

 

Depending on the selected model, 8-30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower style structure and a stepped structure; The powder silo of the tower style production line is installed on the top of the main building, and the additive system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an overhead additive automatic metering system

 

The aggregate passes through the measuring layer, mixer layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk loader, and packaging machine from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the required pre mixed mortar can be produced in real time through high-precision measuring scales combined with computer precise batching, mixing, packaging, and palletizing by the mixing host. Special mortar can also be manufactured according to the formula.

 

The palletizing robot adopts a high-rigidity six-axis joint design, featuring high repeat positioning accuracy and meeting the heavy-duty packaging requirements of multiple industries such as building materials, food, and chemicals.
Equipped with an intelligent control system, it can automatically adjust the grasping force, effectively avoiding packaging deformation or damage.
The modular fixture design supports quick replacement, and the switching between different fixtures such as suction cup type and clamping plate type can be completed within 5 minutes.
