Qingdao Huan Gang, drawing on domestic and international technological and experience accumulation, has launched a new type of fully automatic energy-saving dry-mixed mortar complete set of equipment. This equipment can be used in conjunction with a dry sand-making system or a wet sand drying system to produce high-quality and high-standard dry-mixed mortar and special mortar. The main building adopts a tower structure, with the powder silo installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine from top to bottom.

The dry-mixed mortar equipment can precisely measure the ingredients through a computer according to the formula requirements of the mortar, and then produce the required dry-mixed mortar immediately after being stirred by the mixing host. Most special mortars can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

 

The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the packaging machine and the palletizing line from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of putty powder, the ingredients can be precisely measured by computer and then stirred by the mixing host to immediately produce the required putty powder products.

 

The weightless mixer is mainly suitable for the mixing of dry and non-sticky powders, and can also be used for the mixing of two or more materials with significant differences in density and particle size.
