This equipment can be used in conjunction with a dry sand-making system or a wet sand drying system to produce high-quality and high-standard dry-mixed mortar and special mortar.

 

The main building adopts a tower structure, with the powder silo installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine from top to bottom.

 

The 400,000-ton annual production line of ready-mixed mortar can precisely measure the ingredients through a computer according to the formula requirements of the mortar, and then produce the required dry-mixed mortar immediately after being stirred by the mixing main machine. Most special mortars can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

 

The dust removal system is an indispensable process configuration in the mortar production line.
