Product Description

This is a set of fully automatic energy-saving self-leveling production line equipment with an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons. This production line is an automated production line used for manufacturing self-leveling materials (such as cement self-leveling), mainly consisting of components like hoists, mixers, finished product silos, packaging equipment, dust removal equipment, and electrical control systems.

According to the formula requirements of gypsum powder, the ingredients can be precisely measured by computer and then evenly mixed by the mixing host to produce the required gypsum products. Then, they are subpackaged by the intelligent packaging machine and intelligently palletized by the fully automatic palletizing line. The entire process is convenient, fast and safe, and can meet various operational needs.

 

It is used for the production of various gypsum mortar products and is applicable to various industries such as building materials, home decoration materials, cement products and chemical product manufacturing.

 

Equipped with an international standard mixing mixer, the uniformity of the mixture is suitable and the mixing time is controllable. For special materials, high-speed flying knives can be configured. According to the working conditions, the blades can be turned on to achieve the mixing and dispersion of fibers and pigments.
