Product Description

Intelligent dry-mixed mortar production line. It can be used in conjunction with sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various dry-mixed mortar and special mortar products. Depending on the selected model, different tonnage of mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure and a stepped design.

This is an intelligent pre mixed mortar production line with an annual production capacity of 80000 to 300000 tons per line. Can be used in conjunction with sand making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various types of dry powder mortar and special mortar products.

 

Depending on the selected model, 8-30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower style structure and a stepped structure; The powder silo of the tower style production line is installed on the top of the main building, and the additive system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an overhead additive automatic metering system

 

The mixing and stirring system is a crucial link in the production of dry-mixed mortar and also the "heart" of the factory. After the powder is stored in the transfer silo, it is conveyed to the designated powder silo for storage by a Roots blower and star feeding valves, ball valves, etc. A special structure is adopted at the pipe fork to ensure that there is no mixing when conveying different powder materials. Each powder storage bin is equipped with a bag-type pulse dust collector, explosion-proof safety valve and material height indicator to ensure the environment and safety.
