Product Description

Fireproof mortar is a type of thermal insulation mortar material produced by processing inorganic thermal insulation materials such as lightweight, low-thermal-conductivity, and non-combustible glass microspheres and expanded perlite as the main raw materials, along with cement, redispersible powder, and polymer additives in a certain formula ratio.

The product contains glass microspheres (which are fragile) and has a relatively low specific gravity. To prevent segregation and breakage of the glass microspheres during the stirring process, we adopt a production process where the glass microspheres are re-introduced into the mixer. We also use a frequency conversion function to enable the mixer to adjust its speed according to the system Settings, achieving automatic speed regulation. Moreover, we have a dedicated volume measurement scale for measuring the glass microspheres. It can be measured more precisely.

Gas conveying system
