The aggregate passes through the measuring layer, mixer layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk loader, and packaging machine from top to bottom. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the required pre mixed mortar can be produced in real time through high-precision measuring scales combined with computer precise batching, mixing, packaging, and palletizing by the mixing host. Special mortar can also be manufactured according to the formula.
The raw material storage system of the dry-mixed mortar production line adopts a modular steel structure design and is equipped with multiple raw material silos to store cement, sand and additives respectively. The capacity of each raw material silo is 50 to 500 tons, equipped with high-precision material level gauges and automatic arch-breaking devices. The sand silo adopts a special anti-segregation structure and ensures stable gradation through multi-point discharging.
