Product Description

The dry-mixed mortar equipment and the new type of mortar equipment in dry-mixed mortar plant mixing stations adopt an automatic control system, such as PLC programming control and sensor monitoring technology, which can precisely control the batching, mixing, conveying and other links in the mortar production process. It can realize the automatic batching of various small materials and complex operations such as phased variable frequency mixing.

This is an intelligent pre mixed mortar production line with an annual production capacity of 80000 to 300000 tons per line. Can be used in conjunction with sand making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce various types of dry powder mortar and special mortar products.

 

Depending on the selected model, 8-30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower style structure and a stepped structure; The powder silo of the tower style production line is installed on the top of the main building, and the additive system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an overhead additive automatic metering system
