Product Description

Dry powder mortar, also known as ready.mixed mortar,is made in the factory by precise batching and uniform mixing, It can be used directly by adding water on theconstruchion site. Although diterent additives are added, it has dilterent properies. The dy powder mortar plant has a production capacity of 15-150t/h. it can befuly automatic or semi-automatic, The plant structure type can be simple, automatic, or tower type. lt depends on the customer workshop area.
The large dry powder mortar producion line includes a sand dryer and vibrating screen, storage bin, conveying system, weighing batching system, mixer, packagingmachine, dust collector, and control system. According to customer requirements, we can design individual production processes.

After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is conveyed to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantified filling operations as required. The packaged finished mortar is palletized by the automated palletizing equipment and finally sent to the finished product area for stacking, waiting to be released from the factory.
