Product Description

Qingdao Huan Gang Heavy Industry Technology Co., LTD., in response to the current technological characteristics of dry-mixed mortar production lines and by integrating domestic and international technologies and experience accumulation, has launched a new type of fully automatic and energy-saving complete set of dry-mixed mortar equipment. This equipment can be used in conjunction with dry sand-making systems or wet sand drying systems to produce high-quality and high-standard dry powder mortar and special mortar.

The main building of the mortar mixing plant adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The aggregates pass from top to bottom through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the control room, the bulk loader and the packaging machine.

 

The 400,000-ton annual production line of ready-mixed mortar can precisely mix the ingredients through computer measurement according to the formula requirements of the mortar. After being stirred by the mixing host, the required dry-mixed mortar can be produced immediately. Most special mortars can also be manufactured according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode.

 

Reliable dust removal system
The dust removal system is an indispensable process configuration in the mortar production line. According to the different process requirements and characteristics of the dry-mixed mortar production configuration process, Huan Gang Heavy Industry has installed various types of dust collectors at the points where dust is prone to occur, ensuring that all powder materials can be processed in a closed environment, reducing environmental pollution, and the dust emissions meet the national standard requirements. The working conditions have been improved and the recycling rate of raw materials has been increased.

 

The metering system of the dry-mixed mortar production line, in coordination with the metering screw, introduces the raw materials from the silo into the metering silo. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the metering of the raw materials is achieved. The measured materials are guided into the main bucket elevator by the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.
