The main building of the mortar mixing plant adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system uses an independent platform for metering and pumping. The 400,000-ton annual production line of ready-mixed mortar can precisely mix the ingredients through computer measurement according to the formula requirements of the mortar. Reliable dust removal system
The dust removal system is an indispensable process configuration in the mortar production line. According to the different process requirements and characteristics of the dry-mixed mortar production configuration process, Huan Gang Heavy Industry has installed various types of dust collectors at the points where dust is prone to occur, ensuring that all powder materials can be processed in a closed environment, reducing environmental pollution, and the dust emissions meet the national standard requirements. The working conditions have been improved and the recycling rate of raw materials has been increased.
The metering system of the dry-mixed mortar production line, in coordination with the metering screw, introduces the raw materials from the silo into the metering silo. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the metering of the raw materials is achieved. The measured materials are guided into the main bucket elevator by the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.
