The ingenious material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding resource waste.
The metering system of the dry-mixed mortar production line, in coordination with the metering screw, introduces the raw materials from the silo into the metering silo. Through the data feedback from the sensors, the metering of the raw materials is achieved. The measured materials are guided into the main bucket elevator by the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is of pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer, achieving continuous production of dry-mixed mortar.
