Product Description

The valve mouth packaging machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment specifically designed for powder and granular materials such as putty powder, cement, and feed. It uses valve bags as packaging containers and completes efficient packaging through processes such as filling, metering, and sealing.

Bag clamping and filling mechanism
The bag-clamping mechanism is composed of a cylinder-driven fixture or vacuum suction cup, which automatically grabs the bag opening and seals it to connect with the filling nozzle. The filling nozzle is designed as telescopic or rotary type to adapt to different bag types, and it is equipped with an internal dust removal interface to prevent dust from spilling out. The high-end models are equipped with bag opening shaping devices to ensure sealing. When the bag is broken or the material leaks, the photoelectric sensor will immediately stop and alarm.

 

Improving product quality: Accurate measurement and stable packaging process ensure consistent weight and quality of each bag of material, enhancing the overall quality and brand image of the product.

 

Weighing control technology
The weighing module adopts digital weighing sensors (with an accuracy of C3 grade), and the instrument is equipped with automatic zeroing, tare removal and dynamic compensation functions. The control system can store multiple formula parameters, and there is no need for mechanical adjustment when switching packaging specifications.
