Product Description

Mortar mixers are classified by the mixing method into forced type (forced mixing by blades, with high efficiency) and self-falling type (free mixing by the rotation of the drum, with a simple structure). It is classified into electric, diesel and manual types according to power.

It is mainly composed of a stirring drum, a transmission system (electric motor/diesel engine), stirring blades, inlet/outlet ports, a frame and a control system. The forced mixer adopts spiral blades, while the self-falling type adopts arc-shaped blades to ensure thorough mixing of materials.

 

During operation, add cement, sand and water in proportion, start the mixing device, and the blades rotate to evenly mix the materials (about 3 to 5 minutes), and finally discharge them through the discharge port. Some models can be inclined for unloading, which is convenient for use.

 

And our mixer is equipped with a distributor at the discharge port, which can control whether the finished materials are sent to the packaging machine for bagging or sent to the bulk head for bulk through a dry powder feeding screw as needed.
