Product Description

The putty powder production line is an automated equipment combination specializing in the production of putty powder for construction, integrating raw material storage, precise batching, efficient mixing and finished product packaging. This production line adopts a modular design and can produce a variety of products such as interior and exterior wall putty and water-resistant putty, meeting different architectural decoration needs.

Process flow: The standard process of "raw material pretreatment - automatic metering - high-speed mixing - finished product packaging" is adopted. After being precisely measured, raw materials such as heavy calcium, grey calcium and rubber powder enter the high-efficiency mixer and are stirred for 3 to 5 minutes to complete the uniform mixing. Then, the standard packaging of 25kg is completed through the automatic packaging machine.

 

Depending on the selected model, 8-30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower style structure and a stepped structure; The powder silo of the tower style production line is installed on the top of the main building, and the additive system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an overhead additive automatic metering system

 

Core equipment configuration: The main equipment includes raw material storage tanks, screw conveyors, electronic weighing scales, gravity-free mixers, packaging machines and dust removal systems. The core mixer adopts a double-layer screw ribbon design, ensuring high uniformity in mixing. The single-batch production capacity can reach 2 to 5 tons.

 

The entire process adopts an automated operation mode. The raw material warehouse of the stepped special mortar production equipment is located on the side of the main building.
